By attending Gracie Adventure Camp it is considered that you give permission for image of myself captured during the Gracie Adventure Camp through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Gracie Adventure Camp promotional materials and publications, and waive any right of compensation or ownership thereto.

Refund Policy

• $100 non refundable fee

• Cancelled 60 days prior to the camp’s start date you’ll get full refund ($100 fee apply).

• Cancelled between 59 and45 days prior to camp’s start date you’ll get 75% refund ($100 fee apply)

• Cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior to camp’s start date you’ll get 50% refund ($100 fee apply)

• No refund if cancelled 29 days or less prior to the camp’s start date.

• You can transfer your spot to someone else ($100 fee apply)

• In the event any of our Professors will have to cancel their participation at the camp, we will do our best to find a substitute. However, we will not offer to refund the registration fee.

• Gracie Adventure Camp and its professors are not responsible for any injuries that may happen during the camp.

• Gracie Adventure Camp and its professors are not responsible for any personal belongings at the camp.

• When registering to the camp you automatically have agreed to the terms above for our camp.
